Franciszek Treder Museum
In Kartuzy presents examples of traditional collection relate to agriculture, household, fishery, pottery, ceremonial and folk art which was popular in our region. The museum has been open since 1st of May 1947 thanks to efforts of Franciszek Treder.

Ethnographic Museum
The Ethnographic Outdoor Museum in Wdzydze Kiszewskie is one of the most attractive places in our area; it’s the oldest open-air museum of traditional architecture (skansen).
The skansen has been open since 1906. The inventors were Mrs. Teodora and Mr. Izydor Gulgowscy.
The collection comprises original rural buildings from XVII until half of XX century such as cottages, cowpens, burns, stables, village school with class room, church, windmills, smithy, sawmill.
On about 22 hectare you will be able to find about 40 objects.
Additional attraction of the museum is the colorful location at the Gołuń Lake with multifarious flora such as flower gardens, orchards, fences and vegetable gardens.
The museum is open all year round.

Anthem Museum
About eight kilometers east of Kościerzyna is small village of Będomin.
There is the XVIII the century court which is surrounded with a park of three hundred years old linden and oaks. This court belonged to Józef Wybicki family for years but the museum is opened since 1798, and it’s only one Anthem Museum in the world.
There are accumulate the mementos after creator of Polish anthem and other famous characters belonged to his epoch. In the court you will find the collection of furniture, carpets, kilim, commemorative medals, postcards, telegrams, documents, pictures from beginning of XXth and XIX th century. There are lots of fine art, graphics and literary work inspired by famous Dąbrowski Anthem.

Pottery Museum in Chmielno
The lively Necel Museum was invented in 1993, you are welcome to see this all process from the start till the end how the pottery getting ready, their decoration and burning out process.
The most characteristic patterns for Necel ceramics are: fish scale, twig of lilac, small or big tulip, Kaszubian star, lily. Each of us have a possibility to try our chances in the potter’s workshop, what’s more you can buy some souvenirs made of clay.

Ostrich Farm in Garczyno
The farm is located in Garczyno. It’s the first invented in Poland since 1993.
The ostrich herd count about 100 pieces. The main advantage of the sightseeing is that you have the chance to taste the scramble egg made of the ostrich egg, or that you can have a ride on the back of camel.

Sight Tower in Wieżyca
Wieżyca is the highest hill in the Middle European depression 328 m n.p.m.), situated in the National Park on about surface of 35000ha.
It’s located about 15 kilometers south-western of Kartuzy, it’s less than one kilometer from highway which link Ekiertów and Kościerzyna.

Education and Promotion Center in Szymbark
You can see there the record holder a longest board in the world which has 36,86 meters.
The world-record holder it’s write in the Guinness Record book in 2002.
It was made in sawmill from the 51 meters long tree and it’s longer than previous record holder about 2,76 m. The board is storage in the special development with the roof.
The originator to beat a record was and the owner of the sawmill Mr. Daniel Czapiewski.
Besides the world-record holder, you also can see there the longest table, where can sit about 200 people.

Steam Engine Outdoor Museum
It’s reminder of the previous time, where you will be able to see the oldest railway trains, the most original railway carriage from Gubałówka in Zakopane. Besides, you can see there few others attractive steam engines.

Stone Rings Reserve in Węsiory
It’s the cemetery Gotów. It’s location of about 160 graves and four stone circles from the beginning of AD. Supposedly, this place influence on people and give them unforgettable impressions.
